Our holiday apartment "MITTENDRIN.26" is located between the Passau region and the beautiful Bavarian Forest. The apartment, situated near the main road, is on the upper floor of a well-kept two-family house and has its own private entrance. With 65 m², it accommodates up to 6 guests and features two bedrooms, a kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom (with bathtub and shower), and a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen includes a pod and a filter coffee machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a 55-inch smart TV, both ceiling and standing fans, and a high chair. You can check in conveniently via self check-in. Relax on your private sun balcony. A parking space is available directly at the house. Public transport (bus connections) can be reached within 100 to 300 m. Please note that events are not permitted in the apartment. Büchlberg, an officially recognized resort, offers many leisure and entertainment options: A pizzeria is just 200 m away, the outdoor pool is 800 m away, and a tennis court is 1 km away, as well as a restaurant, supermarket, ice cream parlor, and the quarry with a lookout tower (1.3 km). In summer, you can swim, hike, or cycle. In winter, hiking trails, cross-country ski tracks in Mauth, Finsterau, and Neureichenau, as well as ski areas like Hochficht and Mitterfirmiansreut, invite you to enjoy outdoor activities.
